One of my babies is turning rather yellow and the leaves are getting somewhat smaller. I have them on a feeding Schedule for 30 minutes 5 times a day. I can't seem to figure out why the leaves are turning brownish yellow :/

I did feed them through a spray bottle before the transplant? Lol

I tried spraying them down lightly with a spray bottle and it looked like it disapeared, but when dried it came back look the exact same. And I'm not sure, but I think the whiteness showed up after the buckets had fed them a few times.

I just did a hydroponic transfer into the buckets and I have a mysterious white dust substance on the tops of the leaves. The babies are only about 3 weeks old, and I've looked into it, and the only similar thing I can find is powder mildew, but they're not spot-like, someone help? :(
