You can't get a MMJ card unless you are a resident. It is not legal to board an airplane carrying MJ, even if you have a card. I don't think it's legal to drive across state lines while carrying, even if you are legal to use in each state.

According to Leafly (which is pretty good for finding which dispensaries have which strains), the only brick-and-mortar store with Cannatonic is Emerald Palace in Gilbert. I know that AZ Natural Selections has also sold it in the past.

    MMJ Doc Crackdown?

So the head guy in AZ is making more noise about the docs who approve so many MMJ patients: http://tucson.com/news/science/health-med-fit/pot-mills-cropping-up-health-head-fears/article_a25049df-6b93-5ef4-a75e-52bb43508893.html A great response was written last year by a M.D. here...

    High-CBD Strains at Arizona Dispensaries?

There have been separate studies showing that both THC and CBD provide different pain relief, and the combination is stronger than either separately. Some of us have limited THC tolerance. With a high CBD strain, I can use more and get a lot more pain relief. I tried that ACDC strain from...

    High-CBD Strains at Arizona Dispensaries?

More AZ dispensaries are now carrying CBD strains. Currently, The Giving Tree has ACDC which they say tested at 12.4% CBD and 0.6% THC. That's a ratio of over 20:1.

    Recommend a dispensary

Earlier this year on the April 20 weekend, TruMed had a 50% off all edibles sale. It only lasted a few hours, and the place was way overcrowded. When the Farmers Market was going there were a lot of people with homemade edibles, but of course you don't really know the strength of what you are...

    I got my recommendation!

For most patients, the dispensaries are fine. But with over 50,000 patients in the state, if only 20% are dissatisfied with them, those 10,000 who don't like them can be very vocal. The dispensaries are fine for me so far. Yeah, sure, sometimes flowers aren't cured enough or something. But it...

What are the requirements to become a BudTender in AZ?

http://www.azdhs.gov/medicalmarijuana/agents/ has the rules and forms. Everyone who works in a dispensary has to have a "Dispensary Agent Registration Card" and be fingerprinted. The card has to be requested by the owner of the dispensary; you can't just get a card yourself and then go looking...

    Recommend a dispensary

Most area dispensaries have special offers for first time patients. Check around to see who has the best such offer, and start there first, unless you are looking for a specific product which is only carried at one local place. The one time I tried Harvest of Tempe, the product did not feel dry...

    Phx Farmers market back?

"All we ever talk about in AZ is the shit dispensary system and shit weed. Compassion, the concept that all medically driven cannabis should be founded upon, is lost in this state." On one side, the vast majority of of the 50,000+ MMJ patients are content with the dispensary system, and the...

    High-CBD Strains at Arizona Dispensaries?

Since over 70% of Arizona Medical Marijuana cardholders have chronic pain, it's strange that there aren't more high-CBD strains in Arizona. Very few dispensaries here carry them, and they are often sold out quickly. So I thought there should be a separate message thread on this topic: What...
