What lessons have been learned this year?

Stepping up from t posts and pvc to a legit greenhouse. Going to make the side walls roll up as high as possible and the ends as well, as much passive ventilation as possible. Ditching the indica leaning plants for more early sativas for mold resistance. More frequent EWC tea for preventing root...

doc greenthumb iran haze and iran diesel 45 nlat

Nice, that's what I wanted to hear. I'm with you on the fog, every night and some days it doesn't burn off. Just as bad as rain, IMO. Cool days and no sun means they stop maturing and that gives time for the mold to set in. I'm running some OG/Iranian and even though the early pheno would have...

doc greenthumb iran haze and iran diesel 45 nlat

Great looking plants! I've been thinking about running these. Do you know what your night time humidity gets to? I'm at 45th lat, but it gets cool and wet every night, I need something that can dry back out in the day and not turn to mold and of course finish before the rain.

    What's a 3 pound plant look like??

trimming these up right now. 300 gallons, pics taken from atop an 8ft ladder. There can be a 30-50% difference if taken a week or more too early, such is outdoor growing.

    Moor light less bud growth??

The ones with less light are maturing faster. You can do the same indoors by cutting the hours back, although yield suffers.

HOW LONG TO FLUSH YOUR MARIJUANA PLANTS BEFORE HARVEST??

I think the flushing has been a way to get a jump on using up starches within the plant, makes the cure go a little quicker maybe?

HOW LONG TO FLUSH YOUR MARIJUANA PLANTS BEFORE HARVEST??

Flushing to clean up the dirt? what does that have to do with smoking the buds? Tobacco burns white and doesn't crackle usually and it's almost always full of ferts and not flushed. Chlorophyll, moisture and starches, that's the problem and dealt with in the cure/dry.

I just chopped one pheno of the OGOG and I'm not far from you. It's definitely not fully mature but this rainy weather has finished those for the season, magenta pistils as well, maybe that's the iranian influence? Thinking early sativas are best for the mold, indicas are too dense.

So I'm curious cause most of his early strains say late august/early september, did you get phenos outside of that finish window?

    Forced to move plants?

some kind of peroxide flush followed with good EWC tea, heavy on the trichodermas

    Does nitrogen hinder bud development?

Way too many growers cut that N before stretch is done and then it yellows early, metabolism slows and buds don't quite finish. I've also seen heavy N in the second half of flower give bigger plants, but not necessarily higher yield and those plants were not as tasty, IMO.

    Garden ripped out in norcal

Sherrifs and judges tend to be politicians too, at some point the people can't be ignored. But yeah if you fight know that it's for the long haul if you stay in the area. Good luck man, hope that lawyer knows their shit.

looks like a cover crop which would be nice, some legumes to add nitrogen maybe?

    They're starting to flower.

    Tree Trunks

Too much water/ferts and fast growth, next step is rot in the main stem, if you're in a cool wet state like me. I prememptively paint a sulphur paste onto the cracks and injured spots to keep the stem mold out as that's exactly the vulnerable spots that get attacked first.

little ugly with the sulphur paste, this is from a couple weeks ago.

    Calico's dozen-ish

They had high covers and didn't get a drop of rain on them. The air is just so wet at night, and it was cool and humid for a few days in a row.
