Little small and leaves are a little yellow on the bottom there, Are you feeding the plant nutes? How often are you watering?

keep the cfls 2"-4" from the leaves all the way through veg, i used 5 23w cfls and my plants are good at 7 weeks old although small but real healthy (i dont have much height space)

ok do not move the new soil, just leave it alone completely and be patient and it will grow normally, trust me on this i thought the same when i seen this and killed 1 plant by removing the shell so just be patient and youwill see in the next couple days everything is fine

Go outside to the park and pickup loads of dog shit, place in bucket in said room and leave to rot away, this has 2 good points 1. you wont smell the plants over the shit and 2. you have manure for next years grow ;)

That is perfectly normal do not touchit and leave it to grow you will see new leaves open that seed shell and it will break away itself :)

p.s this is a pic of them last week they are now in.bigger pots and have.more.lights around covering the top and under grow, have to.flower tomorrow.as space is low.height wise and they may double.in size.so just being careful, they looking okay too? :-) first grow
