What if the shit is a little on the dry side? Is it still necessary to burp?

That is a male. Notice the grouping of balls. When looking for a female you want to see the two white pistils, or hairs, coming out you wont get a group of balls like that on a female. And I don't know if you or anybody else has noticed this, but i feel like males start to smell at around that...

what type of light are you using? Make sure its not too far away. Make sure your plants have good humidity 90-100%. you can get like a humidity dome thingy at like any gardening center for like 5 bucks.

Can't really tell. If you have a little stem on the bottom of the balls that connects it to the stalk its male. If two little white pistils or hairs come out its female.

Yeh i dont think its calcium or magnesium either. That is a big fluctuation in temperature and its too hot during the day. keep it around 80 day 10 12 less at night. It could be some other nutrient deficiency. but the tips look like nute burn your ph might be off. Make sure your ph is balanced.

You could pull it off during flowering not veg because in that stage there is no trichs. But if you pulled stuff early n didn't let it properly dry it would taste nasty as hell and wouldnt get you nearly as high as if you waited. As far as eating leaves you cant. It needs to heat up to a certain...

I'm using cfls and they dont really give off any heat. Will that make a difference at all? And also, I'm just gonna use carbonated water soo they can get more carbon should i just do it the same way?

e Nice thanks dude i hope its not root rot. Its just like you said like off white golden color. It's not like a rotting smell just like aa uhh like a fishtank algea smell.
