I have my four hundred watt led grow light between eighteen and twelve inches, with the veg switch at fifty percent. Seedling seem to be growing but at a slow pace. Should i turn the veg dimmer switch all the way up to a hundred percent. Sorry for pic quality. Thanks

New to growing from socal, getting down in a 4x4 grow with a maxbloom 4X plus led grow light. Glad to be a new member and look forward to tapping into the wealth of knowledge here. Peace
