I just started to feed my plants nutes but, fear over feeding so, I have not gotten a lot of run off. Since, this may cause build up should I not feed nutes every few days and just over water a bit until I get a decent amount of runoff? I am growing in coco.

Is there something you should look for like moisture to know when to water again? For example grabbing a small handful and squeezing it? I just put my sprouts under lights so, I may have to water larger amounts due to heat.

Probably not a big difference but, would it be better to fill the pots with coco+perlite and let them drain for a few hours before transferring the sprouts so, I can water with PH'ed water or just do it immediately and water tomorrow?

Is this yellowing? If so, what should I do? I can not get the rest of the pics to load. Another one looks similar but, has what seems like a red/brown spot under one leaf and the other still has the seed attached to it.
