I am a new grower and looking for a good strain to grow in the Northern KY area any growers on here around my area and could help out on some good bag seeds or anything?

I have done lots of research for indoor grows but I can not afford to get an indoor grow going to I live in Northern KY and was wanting to know the best time to start plants out doors. Any feedback is appreciated.
