What speed controller? Any speed controller will work as long as it has a plug and knob.

Put a dome of some sorts over it. Raise that humidity to 100%. She'll perk up.

I'm impressed with Sugar Punch. So much so it's by far the best strain I've grown to date. Only sprouted 2 beans and they were close to the pic Sunbiz1 posted. Seems like a very stable/consistent strain that I will add to my mother tent for years of enjoyment. Taste, smell and potency all...

Also MH runs hot and are not as efficient lumens wise compared to HPS. Get the Hortilux Eye 600w Super HPS and you can use it through out the whole grow. Have more blue to supplement. If you want to see it on paper...
