those 1 and 3 fingered leaves grow when the plant is stressed. It is morphing and it could just be because the clone came from a bad branch. Or possibly from a plant that was revegged after flower?

In a tent I would definately do a scrog. I use trellis netting with 6" squares. It has definately increased my yield, it allows the plant to focus more on floral production rather then spending energy supporting itself. Thats my theory at least.

Pinching stems is a great way to increase your yield. I like to do it to the main stalk as soon as the clone is rooted. When it regrows do it again. let it rest and top it. let it rest and supercrop to even out canopy. This is the basis of what I do.
