Once I get my buds to a stable ~60% humidity in the mason jars do I continue to burp them? Or are they ok to remain sealed?

I'm in the drying phase and I feel like the buds are pretty close if not ready for mason jars. The stems are bending like a straw...not snapping. Should I let it hang longer?
