    Ladybugs

There are better options for biological control other than ladybugs. If ur trying to control or keep out aphid infestations use aphidious or one of the other parisitiods.

Ehh not trying to be an anal retentive dick but it does matter to the plant. Even a camera flash at the appropriate intensity and wavelength will/ trigger the phytochrome response. But just happening once (esp at day 2) the plant will ~not be affected. Its pretty common for greenhouse growers...

    Need help identifying bug

Nope those are not aphids. What you have are a species of Acari (spider mites). Im pretty sure you have a beneficial spider mite. What you need to do is use a hand lense or microscope, is there a spot on each side of the mite? then its Two spotted spider mite which is a pest. what you have is...

    1 white fly forever!

Depends on the formulation of neem that ur using. Most are rather oil'y (like safers soap) I would apply it right before ur lights turn off or later in the day if its outside. & always test it on one plant when you increase the concentration before spraying ur whole crop. Read up on the...

    Collembolas or?

We will need a pic to ID the insect but collembolas are not really an issue (unless they get to huge amounts) BTi is the sp. that works for fungus gnat and diptera control. Typically you would have to use a broad spectrum pesticide to kill off the collembolas. I dont really know of any...

    Pesty fungus gnats

Just to clarify what jondamon said, you want BTi not just any strain of BT. Also make sure you remove any standing water & let the soil/media dry down. Fungus gnats are often a sign that you are over watering.

Yellowish dots on leaves? Spidermites? HELP!

You should get a hand lens magnifying/lens. Spider mites are pretty small. But if you have good vision you should be able to see them without it. Also that looks more like a very slight nutrient deficiency, it could be insect related but its isolated and should be a problem.

    Flushing after root drench?

You dont need to flush with an application of botanigard. Botanigard is a biopesticide, its a fungus..... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beauveria_bassiana

What the hell are these BUGS.

Also they really are not a problem for your plant. I wouldnt worry about killing them off unless they get to some crazy high numbers.

    Can you ID this UFB?

please stop spreading false information. (also every single one of your posts is the same 'USE NEED', really come on) not all insects are considered to be plant disease vectors. yes they carry diseases but not ones that will affect your crop (if we were to stick by your logic you might as well...

What the hell are these BUGS.

its definatly a collembola or springtail. They are NOT thrips or aphids. also if you are going to post pictures of thrips you should atleast posts western flower thrips and not those. Ponticulothrips diospyrosi is pretty rare IMO
