Sorry for your loss bro, We will build an above ground pig roaster on the spot, put the pig on early in the morning and roast for about 8hrs, when we are done & take it apart and clean up you would never know we were there...

The double doors on each end are covered with mesh that allow air flow, and the sides roll up so there is good ventilation. We do have large, light trap, air vents for each end but just haven't put them in yet. We only drop the blackout tarps for the minimum time required. These are high tunnel...
