This 1 plant is showing lots of red hairs throughout the plant. I can take some pics but what is the % of red hairs showing means it's done?

This is my second grow, first with bagseed. So far 1 Female, 1 Male, 2 Unknown on the bagseed, going to reveg them and put the WW in with them. I put the WW seeds in peat pucks under a humidity dome and put them in the top of the grow room on a shelf, been misting the top of the pucks daily...

Please tell me im being paranoid!

I have here a plant that has been watered 2x daily for about 3-4 days now, I know it's going to be eating off the bottom leaves until it gets used to being fed this way straight through water? But do I need to be doing anything different? it's looking kinda puny
