It's pretty safe to say this is male right?

Can anyone help me out with these pre flowers? I assume they are male since I don't see any pistils. This is my second grow, first was a male. Once the preflower is present, if female, do the pistils "arrive" with the calyx or take more time?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I'd like some opinions. Is it still too early to tell?
