Everything you need to know, what is happening to my plants?

hey dude, how are your plants going?? are your leaves still drooping? just looking thru some old tips i have in a book... leaves drooping could be temp too high(cool down), not enough fluid/nutes(check that system is delivering enough solution), nutrient solution is too strong(flush with clean...

Everything you need to know, what is happening to my plants?

hey dude, in my limited experience with hydro.. but 25 years experience with horticulture and soil/organic i can say, if you are getting yellowing of the leaves PARTICULARLY the lower leaves(beginning from the tips), a general overall paleness to leaves - stunted plants with slow growth but...

    flood and drain

being a re-circulating system im unsure about the need for the upper/header res... if it were a run off system i might see the need for the 2nd res to re-adjust water levels.. or maybe in flowering stage? when the plants might drink more liquid?? im unsure about this... any advice or experience...

about 5 weeks in flower.... accidentally snapped top bud :(

good ole tape ;] i've used duck tape wrapped around a makeshift splinter.. thinner bamboo splinter works well.. especially if your cola bud has a bit of weight to it.. ~happy healing vibes~

    Brown Spots

one way to tell if its a magnesium def. is it will start to yellow/brown from the veins first.. then outwards... hmmm because its not the tips i would say that your watering and drainage is fine... some forms of fungus and spots can happily spread without the normal humidity, leaf spot and black...

tiny yellow spots tiny brown spots and a browning head

one other thing to be aware/mindful of is fungus and spots/moulds... there are various forms of mould and growth that form spots on the leaves etc.. e.g. leaf spot, elsinoe spot, black spot to name just a few.. might be a good idea to purchase a good organic spot and mould-fungicide. also good...

    Brown Spots

pests are relatively easy to diagnose.. look with a magnifying glass on the underside of the leaf especially.. or if you don't have a Mglass.. just withyour eyes :] spidermite usually has a small and fine weblike covering on the underside of the leaf.. and sometimes can web-up around new...

    Brown Spots

at first glance i would say it is either a spidermite/pest prob, in which case i would purchase a good pyrethrm based insect/pest repellant.. or possibly leaf spot or another form of fungus.. you can also buy good organic and cheap fungicides

    Brown spots on leaves?

onething i would definitely invest in also is a good organic fungicide... it seems like you could possibly be having a blight problem.. possibly a form of black spot, elsinoe spot and/or leaf spot.. you can buy relatively cheap varieties of fungicides for spots and moulds..

tiny yellow spots tiny brown spots and a browning head

hmmm i would initially agree with widowmaker, i have had tiny spots in the past but caused by pests (spider mites and/or aphids) but if the head leaves are turning brown and crispy? i would immediately think they are too close to the light. a yellowing of the older leaves can be caused by...

    Brown spots on leaves?

leaving the water out with the lid off will certainly evaporate chlorine, if this is your concern... brown spots can also be an indication of potassium deficiency, especially if the spots are at the edges of the leaves.. is there also any yellowing? i'm assuming its a soil grow? if the ph is...

Odd brown spots on fan leaves

hello all.. justsaw your pics, your girl is looking a bit sad indeed... in my experience.. if the tips of your leaves are turning brown first, it will be an issue with over-watering or poor drainage-either cut down on the water of cut more holes into the bottom of her container, i use a pencil...
