Hi this is my first time growing and i am using coco gro by botonicare as my medium, however what I know is what nutrients I need, how much I should water my plant, and the feeding schedule. Coco gro is the only medium I can use so any info would be nice!

My first grow ever, I was debating on perhaps growing from 12/12 with 4 cool white 100watt bulbs, some flowering stage plant food (20-30-20), and jungle growth soil.
