I disagree with all the neigh-Sayers I cut open 3-1200 mg gelcaps an squeezed the oil into 2 cups of water and distributed it evenly amongst my three seedlings that are about 3 weeks. And they have grown like crazy in 48 hrs....no harm at all...it's not water soluble, correct, but the fish oil...
