Yes, Spa as in hot tubs and pools. The PH up is Sodium Carbonate and the PH Down is Sodium Bisulphate in salt like form. I use this to adjust my PH levels. I'll be investing in some liquid PH adjuster if I really have to but I think this stuff is the exact same thing as the liquid PH adjusters...
