i overwatered my plants but i dont no how to fix it

omg i over watered my plants and i dont know what to do from here they're in a flood and drain system with expanded clay but i put a little bit of soil at the top so i can have the pots evenly flat could that have messed it up i dont know but how do you fix over watering in a hydro system
