Can anyone tell me what happens (if anything), if I'm feeding my plants on an irregular schedule? I'm not meaning to do it, it's just hard for me right now to keep it on schedule. The conditions and lighting are good to go. I'm feeding them fox farm nutes. Thanks in advance.

Just ordered 2 400 watt HPS bulbs, do I actually need a ballast? I'm pretty sure it does but is there anything at home depot that can handle the 400 HPS or do I have to actually purchase two 400 watt ballast?
