Stick with the way you are doing it, or go to a no till organic set up. If you set up some nice living soil with worms in the pot all you need to do is water them. Check out the organics section of this page for tons of good information and soil recipes.

Thanks for the kind words! A Little Update: Not sure how but I found a single seed growing. I am growing in a sealed tent in my basement and only have a single female plant. Anyone have any ideas what could cause this? I would think if the plant hermied there would be more than just one seed.

Thanks guys, My plants are pretty big but I am letting the burnt leaves go brown before I cut them off. I just switched into flowering and they seem to be doing well.

Previously my plants had pretty bad nute burn so I completely flushed them. All of the new growth is a nice healthy green but all of the old growth is still discolored. So my question is, should the old leaves have turned green or are my plants still fine? Sorry but no pics this time.

Okay thanks for the input everyone, I just flushed the shit out of my plants so I am hopping they will start to come around and green up. I will try to lay off the nutrients for a while and i will update in about a week on how they are doing.
