cloning is great it lets you find a good phenotype of the plant you are using and keep the genetics going as long as you have the mother. I myself find that I usualy cut the bottom 2 sets of most plants because they don't yield much and i would rather have the plant put its energy into making...

Those do still look young to be under that much light, but if it is working hey let them go. I will say that I usually veg under my t5's but on my last grow I ran out of light and used my 600 mh and they took off and grew about 25% more. gl have fun
