soil has its own ferts in it and im guessing your adding your own ferts in also. this causes your run off ph to be higher then what you had tested before feeding. give your soil a good flush test the run off feed plants at 1/4 strength then increase as and when plant needs hope this helps

you can add liquid oxygen to your feed but check that it you can use this along side your nute line up

in my opinion i would say your ppm is quite high this causes a salt build up (nutrient lockout). i done the same thing on my first crop thinking the higher the ppm the bigger the yield. i thought wrong

epsom salts wont help. thats for treating magnesium(Mg) not Manganese(Mn). to treat manganese (Mn) you will need to use a micro-nutrient product like calmag, canna trace mix. hope this helps

If your feeding frequency is too high and water is constantly saturating the growing media then oxygen levels become depleted. This drop in oxygen will cause the pH to fall. this happened to me once.
