Thanks for the info guys. I bent it over about a foot from the top last night, bringing it down to the level of the rest of the plants. The top has already turned back up to the light and it looks healthy.

Do you mean bend the stem completely over so that it creases and tie it so the top is pointing down?

Unfortunately I have to finish this grow on what I have. I am a week into flowering. I could add a few more cfls. I will likely upgrade my light setup for my next grow. I think I will use the closet and the lights I have foe clone and mothering. and put a HPS setup in the room for flowering.
