How old are they?

I know on certain bulbs if you touch it, it won't turn on. I don't know if it's the same, our bodies oil will not allow the bulb to turn on, get some gloves on wipe it down with isopryl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) and screw it back in.

I was on craigslist and found 4 mh 150w (55v) ballasts for 20 ea., so today i went and bought one. I searched the model number (Advance 71A8172-001D) and it turns out it is a HPS ballast. I don't know if the 55v means anything but he's willing to sell the others for $10 each..so i'm definitely...

Thanks, decided to go with an HPS system once my current plants either fail or flower. Deciding between 250w or 400w still though.

ok i won't, superthrive helped, stretched them and gave them color within hours. I'm just sad that they are so short for being close to a month old.

thanks :cry: I gave them an 18 hour rest from light, so they were in the dark since last night, hoping it would let them recuperate and adjust to the new pots. Lights are back on now, germinated few more seeds as backup in case these go downhill.

Soil: Expert Gardner Watering: Every day, about a 1/2 cup to cup Used nutes 1x but nute burned them as you can see. They are turning yellow and seem sad to me. I transplanted them from the pot where they got the nuteburn to these bigger pots, they have been in them for 2 nights. What's going...

Hey, One of my plants is the same age(2wks 3 days) as yours and stunted. We have the same pots ,except you have more CFLs, mine has stunted as well. I guess I'll try this out as well.

I would not have more than 4 bulbs on 1 power cord, I had more than 4 once and a few sparks flew (with other power cords on same, plain, extension cord) so It seemed that 4 bulb was perfect, since my fixture could handle 4 with no problem. My opinion is 4 to 1 wire and you are ok, so 16 bulbs 4...
