yes it is for veg and flower. i got mine and then switched to flower. running both switches on for full spectrum. Switch: 1.Veg & 2.Flower.

i have one, and it works good. it is maybe 16"-18" long by 6" wide. the lamp its self. then the plug sticks out another 2" by the power switches. the light coverage is good for one plant, maybe 2 small ones scrog or LST. but advanced led is a good light, if you are looking to go LED. they...

AdvancedLED lights are good. and so are California Light Works. i have seen them both and have grown with Advanced. cali light works has a good promo on the 400w for $599

That is pictures of my first grow i just ended. Was from a BagSeed i found. i vegged under one 125w 6500k CFL bulb, and flowered under only LED. The light i have is the AdvancedLED Diamond Series 100w.
