I think I over-watered one of the ladies today. She is not looking to happy. I wont water today and maybe tomorrow and see if she comes back. The other ladies are looking really nice. Not much vertical growth yet they are still trying to root out the new pots a bit.

By "cropping out" I mean harvesting your plants. Because you have so many plants in a small area you will need to keep them small. So instead of growing your plants large. Harvest smaller plants more frequently.

Not ready yet IMO. You're trichs are still white not milky/amber. When you take a picture and the plant has a brown twinge to it it's ready. Prune those dead fan leaves and let it go. Great looking plant though!

Agreed. Don't veg for too long and don't top them either. Switch to 12/12 soon and crop out smaller plants more frequently IMO

I agree with this advice. To support 2-3 people for 3+ months between cycles you will need at the very leat more wattage. A 250-400W HPS/MH would be nice however in a box that small you will have heat problems and end up need some high CFM fans. I'd go with a T5, plenty of light and no heat...
