400w with 4 plants = 100w per plants. which is enough to penetrate alot of growth. yield depends on alot of things tho. nutrients/ph issues/heat issues/ etc etc etc -- lots of variables. you said you had 2 auto + 2 photo. your yield with the auto plants will decrease when you put em on 12/12...

1 x 250w would be nice if you can make it fit and CONTROL TEMP. 4x23w would work as well and it would be alot cooler than the 250w. for lights: fit as many as you can or go as big as you can as long as youre able to control the temp issue. wouldnt be any good if its too hot. autoflower plants...

5 weeks old? -- you can definitely start feeding now. if im not mistaken -- youre using FFOF soil? - should have enough nutrients on its own to feed the plants needs for 3-4 weeks. you can then feed the plants with whatever nutrients you choose. - start @ 1/4 strength and make your way up slowly.

nice harvest indoormania! 10g dry is pretty good. -- any harvest is better than no harvest my friend. you can only get better from here.

option 1 is the lights i would use. only because it has the even light distribution coming from the cfls. if you can control the temp then i would add more lights to the side so you can promote side growth. you also want the temp gauge around the top of the canopy - where the lights are...
