First plant of the year chopped!

Thought I'd share a few pics of a freebie that I harvested today. Strain is G-13 labs "cheese". For not being an "early" strain she did start flowering early (1st week of July or so). Trics were mostly cloudy with a few clear. Normally I would have let her go another week or so, but 3 days...

Plants are growing outdoors in 15 gallon roots organics fabric pots. Soil is promix with some other additives. Been giving weekly feedings of maxsea, with an occasional Epsom salt for added magnesium.

Is there such a thing as too many tops?

What's up fellow growers? I have a couple plants about 5 ft tall that have been topped twice. Once when they were young and had several nodes and again when they started to branch out. These plants seem to be naturally branchy to begin with and now sport about 100 tops, possibly more. I've...

    Frisian dew re-veg

What's up, guys? Hoping to get a little input from people who've experienced re-veg. I started some Frisian dews under led lighting a month prior to bringing them outdoors. Despite the 15/9 light cycle they started to flower, not much, just small clusters of pistils. Anyway, they've started...

    Modified smart pots

A little background information before my actual question... Bare with me. So last year I decided to put in the extra work of digging large holes, hauling in soil ect ect with the thought that my plants would do best if the roots were able to grow unrestricted. Unfortunately June of last...

    Helicopter flew over plot

I was checking my plants today, when off in the distance I heard a helicopter. This is pretty normal for this time of year so I just took cover next to some brush and waited for it to pass by. To my horror, it flew almost directly over my spot... This was a low flying helicopter, grey in...

Anyone ever have these spots on outdoor plants?

Hey guys. I've checked around the forums, but haven't been able to figure out what these spots are. They're circular and appear to have rings, similar to a tree. They dry out as they get bigger and eventually become cripsy to the touch. My plant is in a 10 gallon pot about 3 weeks into flowering.

Circular, brown necrotic spots on plant leaves. Need help

The plant is growing in a 10 gallon pot, outdoor. It is about 4 weeks into flowering and there are strange circular necrotic spots forming on some of the leaves. They start small and get bigger until they get crispy and wither away. It looks kind of like a tree ring.

    Had a few plants ripped...

This is only my second year growing and I've just experienced my first rip. Can't even begin to explain the anger I'm feeling... Anyway, this is my story. I went to do my bi weekly watering a couple days ago. When i got to the point where i could usually see my plants my heart sank... both...

Should my weed lose its smell while drying?...

When i trimmed up my plants right after harvest they smelled like fuel and gave me somewhat of a headache from the stench. Now after 3 days of drying they dont smell nearly as much. I would assume this is natural to an extent but i am wondering if/when the smell will come back. Would hate for...

    Another thread about mold

Hey guys I'm a relatively new grower, (first season actually) and i have a dozen or so plants in late flower. The weather has been nice lately, dry, sunny and in the 70s with 40's at night which is pretty typical for September in my region. I plan on harvesting this weekend but im a little...
