Had a problem with plants not growing and leaves "clawing" My leaves are still clawed, but I am gaining heigth again. Still waiting on to see sex... Anyone know if the clawing will go away?

sorry I should have made that more clear, I am indeed in hydro, not soil. And I am using a hydroponic fomulated ph up/down. refilled my rez, raised my nutes to 1380ppm, trying to keep ph around 5.3-5.4 but it still wants to creep up. Hopefully that will work...

Ok, now I am thinking (after some research) it may be ph fluctuation. I try to keep it around 5.2-5.3, but it seems to take a ton of ph down to get it there, then it seems to bounce right back up to 6 range in less then 10 hours. How do I stablize my ph?

my lights are 12" from the plant tips too.

Also, I had a problem with algae a while back and was using neem oil and I looked for signs of insects, don't seem to have any. Lowered the Ph to 5.4-5.5, maybe that will help. Anyone got any other ideas? Thanks!

I have not checked for bugs, and they are california orange. I'll bug check now and make an update.

They are looking good. They are a little taller every time I look at them now. Up'd the nutes to 500ppm. Also, starting to think about cloning and if I need to be trimming/topping these plants at all... have to do some research on that. And here's some new pics.

Thanks toolage. I've managed to keep the temps in control this time by cracking my window and raising the light a bit. But next grow I am definitly getting a temp control for the tank. The plants are looking really good this morning, green and perky. I don't use the top water drip system...

There starting to pick up. I think they might survive. The leaves still have ugly brown spots, but the yellowing seems to be gone and they seem to be less droppy than last night. :mrgreen:

As of this morning my little girls (hopefully) are still alive. But my Ph went from 5.8 to 6.2 over night. Added a bit of Ph down. The water temp is still hovering around 73F (23C). Wait and see if they survive this ordeal I guess. Any comments would be welcome. Thank! :joint:
