hello all I have this closet that's underneath the stairs in my house...and I was wondering if I could vent my 400w through the recessed light in that closet? will I encounter any problems or anything? I just wanna be on the safe side here. thanks!

check out the grow room and design forum to get an idea. and try to doing a search on lst. there's plenty of info about it on the interwebz but basically..LST stands for low stress training and its the idea of bending your plant to expose the sides to create more bud sites a lot stealth/closet...

Hmm. A friend of mine resides in LA and he's wondering how much would it cost him to run a 400w MH/HPS at 18/6 then 12/12? Would it be a noticeable on e power bill? Sorry guys. I suck at math.
