I have a female and a male plant and I want to make seeds. My questions is if I keep both plants in the veg state for now, will the pollen sacs on the male open up and release pollen in the veg state? or will they stay closed until I am ready?

Well I was getting pretty close to harvest time and went down to check on my lady and she fell over from weight, so I chopped her. This is the top cola of my White Widow, first hydro grow using drip system. It weighed 135.6 grams wet.
