I found these bugs on one of my three girls this morning. they were not there yesterday that I can recall, what are these, and what should i do I don't have money for pest control right now.

One of my girls have hermed and I was wondering if it will send pollen to my other girls, they are seperated but sometimes they get close contact(few feet away) I don't mind that she hermed. it just give me seeds for later. the strain is the don. will post some pics in a few minutes
