It's looking good man.. You are doing ok! It looks like it has stretched a bit, as expected since it's trying to get closer to the sun and not a lamp... You can start feeding her nutes but start at 1/4 strength and see how she reacts to it. Gradually go to 1/3, then 1/2 and finally full strenght...

I can see only preflowers myself... But they are male preflowers! It's where the preflowers are showing, their shape (early banana shape at the lower internode) and the fact that they are pointing downwards. Your expertise makes me think twice but I still strongly believe it's a male!
