What do you guys think about giving seedlings 24/0? Do you think 18/6 would be better for them? Or maybe 24/0 till they actually sprout their first set of leaves, then go 18/6?

The bottled water I have says that the PH is at 7.5. I did a test on it and it looks to be at or around 7.2. What is the desired PH you guys shoot for? Should it be neutral or slightly more acidic, like around 6.8 or so? I'm thinking if I add some PH down to it, it might drop more then desired...
