    Topping in Flower

I left them go, just harvested them. I cut the centers out which should dry close to a half pound, the underbud I left for another 7 days..probably another 8-12z. Lesson learned.. or not. My Blackberry Kush is about 4 ft tall and I just flipped them. (4) I will put some photo's up later. I'm...

    Topping in Flower

I switched the unvented 600 to a 1K and cooled it with another 1K with intake air. The room gained a lot more air by turning the intake fan up to about 600cfm.. I also spread them out a little more. If I need too I can lean them now. I might try tieing over one of the Queens just to see how...

    looking for knowledge

It sounds a little ambitious. Your design is much like mine..after a few years its pulling 11-16z per footprint. I have 2/600 and 2/1K for the bloom room. I don't have the 9' you do though.. At most I put 4 under a station now. 36 plants in a 100 ft2 with 4k. would be a sight to behold...

    Topping in Flower

I forgot to mention that particular hood is not vented and glassless. I could always close it and put the free 10 degree air to it. That would help, they could grow right to it with a little light stress. The inside of the plant might suffer from that light adjustment though I think.

    Topping in Flower

That is the argument I am having with myself. I guess I need to look at it again. Lights have been on for a few now so they will be waking up. If I bend and train them I do have a nice parabolic hood I can put over that part of the room and plus up the footprint and even gain a few inches of...

    Nitrogen Toxicity Help me please!!

When my room gets below 70 I start to see curling like that. At 65 they definitely curl. I don't use CFL but I would consider the temp for your lights on period might be low.

    Topping in Flower

Right on. The nodes are pretty tight on the tops. It will give me a backup in the ol strain library. I could handle a long term reveg on them if I had too.

    Topping in Flower

I have a question that I am sure has been asked but here it is anyway. If I top these plants, they are just going to get too close to the lights, what can I expect to happen? Bud sites are well formed about 3 weeks after entering 12/12. The plants are healthy in 10 gallon pots. Soil is...

Tiny White Worms and Black worms that can jump an inch

The only downside to the neem is it is a good fungicide so be careful how much if any you use. It will work but with a cost to your soil. It's another of those "cure can kill" things. Certainly will not kill the plant but I noticed definite shock, then an N def when I did it a long time ago...

Tiny White Worms and Black worms that can jump an inch

I have the same concerns as you. I have some ultra sensitive clients. I get grilled constantly and want to provide them the absolute best organic I possibly can. I have heard Cedar oil to be effective. I personally have not used it, but an organic friend of mine mentioned it. I am gong to...

Tiny White Worms and Black worms that can jump an inch

I don't disagree at all. Use of it, as with anything should be well planned. It is quite effective. After the problem went away I reduced my water a bit and since haven't seen them since. Good information though.

Tiny White Worms and Black worms that can jump an inch

Something to watch. It's always the chemistry. sigh. I thought Gnatrol was Bt based. As with anything in such a high concentration, use the thuricide pretty sparingly. Does not take a heavy application by any means. Just time for them to get to work. You have given me something to research...

I understand how it works. I doubt it has any ill effect on the weed.

Tiny White Worms and Black worms that can jump an inch

I have used BT, Bacillus Thuringiensis, brand name Thuricide. Very effectively in my perpetual. I am pretty organic and examine my soil cultures under 100x oil microscrope. It hasn't had any detrimental effect on my micro's, bacteria or single cells, I and have been pest free for months now...

Who's Got The Fostiest Buds? Let's See How Frosty A Bud Can Really Get?

Love that BLue Dream. I wacked a couple lower branches off one of my Dragons. Going to keep her going for another week or so. I cant believe how big she is getting. This is a better picture I hope. I've been having droid camera problems..

    Lol indica?

I am growing a plant very similar looking. See that little secondary serration on the edge of the leaf? My strain is called white queen and indica dominant genetics. It does grow pain in the ass lanky but seems to be maturing fairly quick compared to some of my Sativa dom's. I topped them...

What does it take to yield BIG

I am trying to maintain the pace but it is a LOT of work. I maintain my garden at least 5 hrs if not 8 to 10 some days. And it is using about 200 gallons of soil.. inside,, climate? yeah, there is something to do all the time.
