I use the ebb & grow system myself and I feed 4 times a day during the lights on period. I always water an hour after lights go on and an hour before lights go off, with 2 cycles in between.

yah your deffinately going to have problems. In order for plants to stay in the veg. stage they need atleast 18 hours of light, and 6 hours of darkness.

Yeah get the cfl's closer to the foilage on the plants, and get a fan blowing directly onto the plants you will get bigger and denser buds. Note that if the gaps in between the fan leaves do not fill out then the grow was not done properly.:leaf:

Are you going organic or synthetic?

When your plant has its third set of fan leaves it is ready for nutrients. I would recommend mixing the nutrients half strength for the first 1-2 weeks. Goodluck and happy toking.
