Why are some people on here saying you DONT need to flush?? I thought you flushed to get rid of stored nutrients and energy and also to stress them so it produces more tric's. I flush my plants for 10days in a nft system and have no problems

Anybody used liquid oxygen? am using a 20ltr nft system and this is the first time i have used liquid oxygen. Just wondering if anybody has used it before and if it made any difference to your grow cheers
