i believe that is called foxtailing, could be genetics or it could be caused from heat stress

Personally I would chop in 10 days but if your persistent on chopping then none of us are going to change your mind. Buds look good, very dense. Where are you looking through the microscope? fan leafs? top? or all over? I would check various spots on the plant and see if the ratio doesnt change...
