Use a humidifier and put an auto fill valve in it. The same auto fill valve that is in the swamp cooler would work just fine in a humidifier. Where I am from, swamp coolers are expensive $450+, it is much cheaper to purchase a humidifier.

You will be fine. The photoperiod plants can be vegged in continuious light. They do not need a dark period. Needing a dark cycle in veg is a misconception. You can certainly save some money on your power bill by having a dark cycle, but it is not required to have a healty plant by any means.
