i know compact soil makes it harder for roots to grow and find nutrients. any ideas on how to loosen up the soil without damaging the plant (its just a sprout at the moment) other than earthworms and shoving a thin stick down the side of the pot are there other good ideas?

im trying weed for headaches. normal headaches that everyone gets not re-occuring ones or anything like that. what do you think of its effects? do your headaches go away? maybe the opposite? normally my experience with smoking whilst you have a headache kind of worsens the headache for a bit...
