I popped a couple o beans of the fem version. after one month 1 is bushy, like I've seen in pics all over the place and the other is showing no side growth at all. Could it be a different pheno, or has GHS simply dropped the wrong bean into the pack?

eeup! firstly, sorry about the pics - low-end phone cam. me mate gave us some clones - he said it was UK Cheese but I doubt it :D anyway i grew two on for mothers and put 4 into my flower cab. they've been in 8 weeks and looks like they need another 1 or 2. the smell is EXACTLY the same...

it will blow straight off or (if it's made very well) will burn super bright (i.e. very very hot) for a few seconds before bits of it melt, then it will explode showering you in molten metal and glass. good luck.

In situation like that I would foliar feed. In fact when I notice any sort of deficiency I usually foliar feed straight away and then check PH, nutes etc. It gets the plant recovering quicker IMO.
