As cruzer said, look in to maybe topping your plants(depending on how far along you are), and check out LST (low stress training), theres tons of threads on here about this shit and can help improve yield in small spaces. also you might wanna look in to more light.

Also what strain? they look pretty stretched for indoor plants.

I saw some of this on my plants that I started inside when they were young like yours, kinda just went away as they developed more so I didn't worry about it. Yours look to be doing alright other than the spots though. what kind of light are you using, used any nutes?

You dont HAVE to trim it all right away, some people like to do it after it's all dryed. I'd just hang the untrimmed buds with the trimmed ones so no mold forms in a bag.

It will flower them but not with great results, a 400w would be a lot better. The lack of bud forming could be due to the 150w not giving them what they need, or it could be a light leak. Also could be due to you trimming off fan leaves, could have shocked them a bit. If theres a fan leaf right...

Did you leave any males growing still around the females? you can make clones but they take longer to get going because they will be in flower mode and you'll be putting them back into veg. gonna take a couple weeks to get growing well. not very far, maybe 3 weeks into flowering. did you chop the whole plant or just a few branches?

Are your lights still on veg time? what cycle are you using? just changing lights wont make a plant flower its all about the time the light are on.

the one in the first pic def looks overwatered, they dont need to be damp to the touch. not sure about the leaves that look burnt, i'd give it a day or so and if it gets worse then flush and wait for a bit on the nutes.

Looking good for 3 1/2 weeks man, gotta wait till at least 8, it will be well worth the wait by the looks of it.
