if you cant get ahold of hydro stuff just get some small stones to line the pots , clean and spotless ofcorse then if you can get some pearlite from the interwebs it is a compleatly safe to order product used in every day gardening

unwashed coco is good it means none of the good bacteria have been washed out and the good ones are the ones that help root development and fighting against the evil bacteria like a lill war of the worlds

is the little plant on the left of the first picture planted in a seporate pot or in with the big plant just you shouldnt plant em in the same pot otherwize they will compete for root space

you got to learn how to grow some how so why not learn by doing and not reading there will always be some one to give a hand and once you get your nutrients and soil mix right it is so easy

i do it all the time and had no problems but sometimes you can get a dodgy plant but aslong as you keep taking the clones of the best of the clones then the clones should clone fine .... CLONE!!
