once i get the PH levels right when should i notice a difference in my plants

Im using Moon Dust but its too early in my grow to tell how good it really is I seen a commercial for it and its supposed to make your plants bigger than usual.

and yes it is hydro and soiless

ph has been at 7 every day since i started and i added moon dust a couple days after the seeds sprouted i added fourth of a teaspoon for every gallon of water and also have the light running 24 hours

Jus checked my room today and the plants are getting more yellow spots on them!?? Somebody please help!!

Started germination 12 days ago and this is where Im at seems to not really be doing anything, ANY SUGGESTIONS?!!?!? Check my pics. Some of the leaves are turning yellow. I feel like Im doing something wrong please help.
