    Southern Humboldt Seed Collective Harle-Tsu

CBD in regular strains never get over 0.6% and even then it's like maybe 2% of strains that will even get you that. 4% is absolutely a decent number to call "cbd rich" and keep in mind that 4% is the minimum that you will get, they have strains out now that average on 8% but any one of there...

plants a hermie - CBD crew critical Mass

I would grow it out and see how bad the herm problem gets, I have completed plants that hermed on a branch or 2 and the yield still ended up being very nice. I am finishing up some CBD Critical Mass my self right now and no such problems but I would assume it's because the cbd seeds are still...

Using High CBD Strains For Pain Management?

The 1:1 thc/cbd strains work great and mixing them with traditional cannabis also works wonders, allowing you to dial in the perfect ratio.

    Any experience with CBD Medi-Haze

I am currently growing some and can tell you it stretches alot but can be controlled with some topping and LST. The smell is Amazing, very much like lemons and mint and there are alot of lab tests out there with the average being about 4% thc like stated and the highest I have seen is 9% thc but...

    Status of Attitude Seed Orders

Just wanted to drop by and add some info, I've had 5 order's over the past 3 years "2 this year" and all arrived. Just received one this week, also all order's passed through Chicago perfectly fine. Like otheres have mentioned the stealth isn't stealth...but a garentee. Also should note that...

Average time that seeds will last?

This is one of those questions that gets so many answers but I ask because I have sprouted some bag seed from 1984 which is in the 30 year range, is that crazy or has anyone been able to sprout much older beans?

    low thc high cbd

Medihaze is the lowest thc you can reliably buy in seed form with a few others of the CBD Crews strains that will hit at around 4%. Plans are currently in place and development is underway on a stabilized 1% THC - 18% CBD seeds but my guess is they won't hit till 2015 at the earliest, Like...

IF you are new to LED and want help choosing what to buy, POST HERE!

Does induction match led or hps watt for watt or is it simply ever lasting non lumen dropping cfl? I am interested in trying one but at that price it needs to at least match hps, my biggest reason using leds is the low heat but have read that you can get even closer with induction. interesting...

Your very welcome, that has been my mind set when getting into led's at the start. Totally makes sense to start with minimum investment to get a feel and then make a decision on how to proceed from there. =)

You are correct that I have only used cheap panels, 140 watts to 600 watts actual, I am also highly skilled in DWC which in my opinion is an absolute match for led lighting. I average at the 1 GPW ratio, so have had absolutely no reason to upgrade to high end panels. If I ever did upgrade it...

    I'm sold on LED's!

According to your journal you used a 300 and a 240 so that's more understandable, I have those panels and they perform nicely

The right thing to do should have been to simply acknowledge that this board isn't a hive mentality, but a collective of individuals with varying opinions that's easily demonstrated by the very history of the led section. I have contributed my fair share of both helping, write ups and...

Who says LED doesnt grow big flowers?

Whoever says cheap panels can't grow big buds has never tried to use them or are defending their much more expensive purchase. I have been running cheap panels for 3 years now and have it down to a science, 1 gpw is now my baseline for me DWC is a match made in heaven with LED!

You shouldn't say "We" because your opinion certainly doesn't include me! I have great success with the LG's and other cheap Chinese panels. 1 GPW is easily achievable with the LG's and with the price so low it works out well for me. I would go even as far as to say that if you can't get damn...

If your considering using the 5w diode panels I would recommend you get two of the lesser wattage Mars panels vs just 1 with higher wattage, LED coverage will always trump concentration when growing multiple plants. Personally I would go with 4 of there classic 300 watts or the 2 - 144pc...

I use the flora 3 part series and use 6 gallon tubs per 2 plants as follows: From sprout - 25 PPM then double the second week to 50 PPM Early veg - starting at day 14 I bump to near 100 PPM Veg - starting day 21 I increase to 150 PPM I usually only veg till 3 weeks max or 3.5 if I have topped...

Agree, I bet if the nutes were cut in half, yield would drastically increase. I always have had to dumb down the nutes with my DWC grows using LED but now have my ultimate go to feeding schedule after much experimentation.

There are too many variations from one led panel to the next to give a flat answer, every panel is different and different strains have different tolerances.

Honestly I would never recommend a LED for a mother, it doesn't make any economical sense, same goes for seedlings. CFL makes the most sense in most scenarios because it is very affordable, both in investment and ongoing. Mothers don't require massive light and seedling require even less. Now...

I would recommend the LG 300w ebay chinese panels over the Blackstar (I have both). The Blackstars work great for me but the LG's work even better and have way better heatsinks and lack the UV diode that fry's out in Blackstars. The LG is also half the price with 20 more 3w diodes. I have had...
