Its looking good. I have a 12/12 from seed grow going too. Mine are under a 400W hps. Closet grow with soil and 1.5 gallon air pots. Those are the new wave. I use gh flora nova to keep the color and use better bloom for flowering. I have the same issue with some plants being smaller than others...

I have six Hindu Kush plants and a few had the same problem. It was within the first few weeks. They are six weeks now and looking pretty decent.
