Can anyone recommend some seeds for a grow. I'm looking just regular seeds, not feminized. It'll be my first indoor grow so I'm looking something cheap as I'll no doubt mess something up. About £20 if possible and I'll be ordering from Attitude. A decent yield would be good too. Many thanks.

The local grow shop has 125W and 250W Ecolights. They reckon that they're good for the first bit under lights as they give off very little heat, enough light for the young plants and are cheap to run. Anyone have experience of them? Do they give good results?
