Would a 4" Vortex ( 174 cfm ) be overkill for a 4' x 2' x 2' grow chamber?

Say with a constant temp of 88 F...trying a DWC setup...the plant would still grow correct? Or what would happen? Meaning is lower 13 degrees really THAT big of a deal? Would it be pointless to even try and grow in those conditions?

Have myself a pc fan, and I hooked it up to a spare 12v adapter I had laying around. It powers on...but I wonder this. The fan is rated DC12v 0.53A....and the adapter reads: +12V 1250mA. My question is, A: is that safe...and B: am I getting the max output of the fan with this adapter...

100w T5 HO 6500k unit. 4 x 24 watt CFLs 6500k For veg. For flowering, replace the 4 CFL's for 2700k, leaving the T5 unit running at 6500k. This would be for a DWC, SCROG one or two plant stealth grow.

CFL...or T5? Reason I'm asking, is a friend of mine just found a Nova Extreme he had laying around the house from his days with aquariums. He's wants to grow, and was wondering if it was best to go the CFL route, or use the T5's. The T5's would need all new bulbs, as what is in there now...

Before you MUST move them to the flowering room? Can you keep them in the cloner indefinitely?

I got one from Walmart, it requires activation, and they want ALL your info (including matching up your social) ...which I'm NOT doing. Plus, it says US ONLY on the card.
